Your Skin1 order number can be found at the top of your order confirmation email. It is a 6 digit number beginning with numeral 5.
Orders are processed business days Monday through Friday. If you do not find your tracking information and have questions regarding your order, please call us at 800-842-4988 or email help@skin1.com. Our business hours are 9 A.M. to 7 P.M. on Monday through Friday, and 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. on Saturday, Central Standard Time.
